Bowen Practitioner
Michael grew up on a farm in rural New Brunswick. From the age of 7, you would find him out in the fields or in the barns with his family ensuring that all the days chores were finished. It's because of his upbringing that he understands the strain of labour on our bodies, minds, and overall well being. Michael has also suffered with severe migraines and has sought all forms of treatment for relief. It was the discovery of Bowen Therapy that ignited his passion for massage therapy, and started his quest for education and life-long learning in this field. He now wants to help those who are also living with pain.
Michael graduated in the top of his class from a 2200 hour Massage Therapy program at an accredited school in 2015. He is in good standing with the Association of Massage Therapists of New Brunswick, as well as the College of Massage Therapists of New Brunswick.
He volunteers with the College, assisting with the Quality Assurance Committee, and is always willing to step up and help wherever needed.
He is registered in Safety First with up-to-date First Aid and CPR training, and is always looking for new courses to help broaden his knowledge and add skills.
Michael likes to use a variety of techniques that range from light, to deep tissue, trigger point work and many in-between that best suit the individual clients' needs. Therapy is a team effort, working with and educating his clients to succeed is what drives Michael to be his best.
